Master of Science in Global Health

The Master of Science in Global Health (MSGH) is uniquely offered by the Heersink School of Medicine and the School of Public Health. This program will connect students with cutting-edge global health research and practice through the collaborations amongst the Sparkman Center for Global Health, the Mary Heersink Institute for Global Health, the Global Health Consortium, and international partners. There are two program pathways available for this degree, including a Thesis and a Non-Thesis option. The home for administration and implementation of the postgraduate global health programs in the SOM is Mary Heersink Institute for Global Health. The Department of Health Policy and Organization serves as the administrative home for the Global Health curriculum.
